Identify and nail down the project management methodologies that you want teams to follow. Regular review sessions keep the projects and PMO goals on track. You need to ensure that all involved know the governance framework to implement the strategies in their assignment and working styles. As a PMO team, it is your job to increase collaboration between departments and let people know of their responsibilities.
